Erin’s first visit to Italy in 1998 sparked a love for the country that has guided a career that began with The Ritz-Carlton hotels for 17 years, Il Borro, the Ferragamo Estate and spanning roles from wedding coordination to travel industry sales. Now settled in Firenze indefinitely with a home in the Oltrarno area, she channels her decades of luxury hospitality experience into promoting distinctive Italian hotels and experiences and supporting the travel advisor community.

Enrica is passionate about languages, culture, and authentic travel. With a background in Foreign Languages, a Master’s in International Tourism, and research in tourism economics, she brings both expertise and insight to the world of luxury hospitality. After moving to Tuscany to open an Agriturismo with her husband, she immersed herself fully in creating genuine travel experiences. As a certified FISAR Sommelier and WSET Level 3 holder, she also shares Italy’s rich wine culture with guests. Tourism—in all its forms—is her greatest inspiration, and she is thrilled to collaborate with Erinand Insieme in bringing exceptional experiences to life.

Emma Thomas grew up in Beverly, Massachusetts.  She is finishing her dual degree in Psychology and Fine Arts at Tufts University and plans to pursue a career in the luxury hospitality industry. Emma started as an intern with Insieme during her time abroad with Syracuse University in Firenze. She surpassed all expectations with our team and will remain on board, Boston based, as a Sales Coordinator. She has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences through her detailed organization, creativity, love for Italy and personal connections.
